AVAILABLE THERMOPLASTIC MATERIALS
Sabilex offers 4 options of thermoplastic materials with different flexibility level and strength to offer protetic solutions to most of patients:
FLEXI FAST:
- Colors: Translucent, pink, intense, ethnic brown.
- Indications: Metal free partial dentures.
- Feature: Flexifast exhibits excellent flow characteristics. Slender and thin wax elements can be safely
injected up to a wax thickness of.
The thermpoplastic material is processed under a high pressure. The high pressure reduces
shrinkage and ensures extended dimensional stability so that precision-fit dentures are obtained
and accumulation of plaque is avoided.
FLEXI ULTRA
- Colors: Crystal clear, pink.
- Indications: metal free partial dentures, metal free full dentures.
- Feature: Due to the low melting temperature, flexiultra exhibits excellent flow characteristics. Slender and
thin wax elements can be safely injected up to a wax thickness of 0.5 mm.
The thermpoplastic material is processed under a pressure of 7.0 to 7.5. The high pressure
reduces shrinkage and ensures extended dimensional stability so that precision-fit dentures are
obtained and accumulation of plaque is avoided.
FLEXIACETAL
- Colors: A2, A3.5, A4, B3, C2, C3, D3, pink (Similar to VITA shades).
- Indications: Injection cast bases for clasp models, tooth-colored clasps.
- Feature: Due to the low melting temperature (190° C), Flexiacetal offers excellent flow characteristics. The melted material that is flowing readily allows to produce elaborate dental-technical moulds.

shrinkage, ensures dimensional accuracy and precision-fit dental restorations. The smooth
surface of injection cast objects avoids the adhesion of plaque..
ACRILFAST
- Colors: Crystal-clear, pink.
- Indications: Full dentures and partial dentures. Resin saddles for CoCr work.
- Feature: No monomer is used during thermoplastic melting. A residual monomer content of less than 0.3 % excludes any irritations of the mucous membrane.

CARTRIDGE
Sabilex System (diameter 25mm). Suggestions: Small: for repairs, esthetic clasps, etc. Medium: For most of partials, bruxism devices, antisnoring devices. Large: For dentures or large superior partials.
