• Acrylic adheres to material.
• Bubbles easily if overheated.

• Hard splint
• Surgical tray.
• Orthodontic retainers and other ortho uses.

• Heat until 1/2
• Droop develops
• Vacuum form and trim with wheel saw or hot knife.

• Acrylic adheres to material.

Does not bond to Acrylic

• Thin, opaque material.
• 5" x 5" sheet of PolyPro.
• Low melting temperature.
• Excellent thermoforming.

• Temporary crown & bridge forms.
• Bleaching trays.
• Copyings.

• Lower model height as much as possible.
• Droop develops
• Heat, lower onto model, and then turn on suction.

Soft EVA - A soft versatile material used in bleaching, model duplication, soft trays, etc. Available in .040, .060, .080, and .150 thickness. Packaged in 12 or 300 sheets.

• Easily vacuum formed and trimmed.

• Bleaching trays.
• Thin, soft bruxing or diagnostic TMJ appliances.

• Heat until 1/4" droop develops.
• Vacuum form and trim with scissors.

.080 Soft EVA
.150 Soft EVA

• Soft, clear, EVA.
• 5" x 5" sheets.
• Easily vacuum formed and trimmed.

• Bleaching trays.
• Thin, soft bruxing or TMJ appliances, thin mouthguards.
• Indirect bonding.
• Custom fluoride trays.

• Heat until 1/2" droop develops.
• Vacuum form and trim with scissors or hot knife.

C&B Material - Used as a matrix for making temporaries. Available in .020 only. Clear material that acrylic does NOT bond too. Packaged in 20 or 300 sheets.

.020 Temp. Crown & Bridge

• Thin, opaque material..
• 5" x 5" sheets.
• Acrylic does not stick to material.

• For production of temporary crown & bridge forms.

• Allow material to droop 1/2 inch.
• Material smokes alot when heated.

Base & Tray Material - Used to make base plates and custom trays. Base material available in .060, .080 thickness. Tray Material available in: .125 & .150 only. Packaged in 20 or 300 sheets.
