• Heat until 1/2
• Droop develops
• Vacuum form and trim with wheel saw or hot knife.

• Lower model height as much as possible.
• Droop develops
• Heat, lower onto model, and then turn on suction.
 
Soft EVA - A soft versatile material used in bleaching, model duplication, soft trays, etc. Available in .040, .060, .080, and .150 thickness. Packaged in 12 or 300 sheets.

• Vacuum form and trim with scissors.

• Easily vacuum formed and trimmed.
 
• Bleaching trays.
• Thin, soft bruxing or TMJ appliances, thin mouthguards.
• Indirect bonding.
• Custom fluoride trays.
 
• Heat until 1/2" droop develops.
• Vacuum form and trim with scissors or hot knife.
 
C&B Material - Used as a matrix for making temporaries. Available in .020 only. Clear material that acrylic does NOT bond too. Packaged in 20 or 300 sheets.

Base & Tray Material - Used to make base plates and custom trays. Base material available in .060, .080 thickness. Tray Material available in: .125 & .150 only. Packaged in 20 or 300 sheets.
